August Family Workshops: Experimental Mark Making – Wednesday 21st August 2024 – 12:30pm-2:30pm
An experimental family workshop demonstrating how you can make paintings, drawings and prints with an array of everyday items and found objects. Sticks, old sponges, string, candles, bubble wrap, feathers, old credit cards, cardboard scraps (and much more) can all be used to make interesting marks and designs.
We can show you how to adapt conventional tools like pencils and paintbrushes to work in a less controlled and more inventive way and even use natural products from your kitchen cupboard as paint. A chance to learn new processes through play.
Recommended age 7+ with participating adult.
Please book tickets per child attending.
