Wet Felt Stockings
Wet Felt: Mini Christmas Stockings with Helen
Date: Wednesday 30th November
Time: 7pm-9:30pm
Cost: £15 per person

Learn about the process of wet felting, an ancient craft turning un-spun wool into felt materials using water and movement. A great introduction project if you have never tried wet felting or some new ideas if you have – we’ll be introducing a process called felting with a resist. We’ll be making a mini Christmas stocking that you can fill with sweets as a gift or simply hang on your tree as a decoration.

Experiment with different textures and ways of creating patterns – but the beauty of wet felting is there is always an element of chance in the process!

We’ll be finishing the stockings off with some embellishments – some basic sewing is required but help is on hand!
